Course Description
Title: Theory of Constraints (Capstone)
Method: HCRP In-person Classroom Instruction offered several times per year.
Pre-requisite: Must be a HCRP Precinct Chair and have completed ALL other courses.

Location: HCRP Headquarters, 8588 Katy Freeway, or Regional Location, as needed.
PC Certification Credit: Complete course and forward completion Certificate to HERE
Description: This is the Capstone Course for all other training mentioned above and culminates with the prestigous ranking of Grand Master. Student will receive classroom instruction regarding the Theory of Constraints problem solving process. He/She will then be assigned an independent Project to solve a real HCRP problem. Once done, student will then brief the findings to the SPG Senior Staff and defend his/her position(s).
This Capstone course will provide the foundation of knowledge to Master the HCRP.
